Hi, I'm Lynn Glenn, and I believe real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people navigate life's most important transitions with confidence.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of helping people through significant housing and life changes. From assisting relocating families find temporary housing, to helping first-time home buyers achieve homeownership, supporting veterans utilizing their hard-earned benefits, and guiding seniors through the emotional transition from a longtime family home into the next chapter of life, I have always been passionate about helping people move forward with clarity and peace of mind.

My wife Pam and I chose Kirkland as our home in 2001, where we raised our two daughters and became deeply connected to the Eastside community. For more than two decades, I have coached youth soccer, volunteered locally, and had the privilege of watching many of the young people I coached grow into remarkable adults. Through those experiences, I learned that strong communities are built on relationships, trust, service, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I understand firsthand the values of service, integrity, accountability, and commitment. I am proud to help fellow veterans and their families understand the housing benefits they have earned and navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence.

My professional background includes leadership roles in senior housing, relocation services, property management, hospitality, and real estate. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) and former Executive Director in senior housing, I bring a unique perspective to helping seniors and their families evaluate housing options, understand available resources, and create thoughtful transition plans that support their lifestyle, financial goals, and long-term well-being.

I understand that housing decisions are often about much more than real estate. They involve family, finances, independence, memories, investments, and planning for the future. My role is to provide steady guidance, trusted resources, local expertise, and personalized support so clients can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
